Who does the work
Matthaios Mantzios
Matthaios leads every engagement himself, and we take on a limited number at a time. He is a UX design leader with 18+ years of experience across telecom, retail and e-commerce, media and television, insurance, public sector, publishing and higher education.
He is Nielsen Norman Group UX Certified (UXC #1045574) and has taken multiple courses with the group in UX and analytics, usability and mobile UX.

A pre-release review covers one page or one flow, with its emails or messages. Anything bigger we discuss and price before it starts.
How fast do we get each task?
Each task is delivered within five working days.
How is this different from hiring a fractional head of design?
A fractional head of design usually sells a number of hours or days a month and joins your team's routines. Senior UX on call sells a fixed number of tasks a month, so you know what you get before you pay, and you can pause or cancel any month.
What happens to tasks we don't use?
Unused tasks carry over for up to three months.
Can we pause or cancel?
Yes, any month. Senior UX on call is invoiced monthly.
