Accessibility & EAA

For teams selling digital products or services in the EU who do not know where they stand under the European Accessibility Act.

At a glance

Format and price
four steps, by how much certainty you need.
You receive (Exposure Report)
a findings report your developers, lawyers and procurement team can each act on, a remediation order, and a 30-minute call.
For
teams selling to consumers in the EU, agencies asked for evidence of conformance, and organisations with a reassuring automated score they do not quite trust.

The problem

We have an obligation under the Accessibility Act now, and no assessment of where we stand. Our automated scan came back clean, but we suspect it is not the whole picture. A client has asked for evidence of conformance, and we have nothing in writing.

What you get

Step 1. Free EAA readiness checklist

30 checks across scope, deadlines, technical conformance, testing and documentation. Tick what is true today and see where you stand. A PDF version is available.

Step 2. EAA Exposure Report

  • Your top 10 templates or screens, chosen with you: the pages that carry the journey.
  • An automated pass, plus a manual review of what automation cannot see: keyboard operation, focus order, meaningful alternative text, announcement of errors and state.
  • Every finding mapped twice: to a WCAG 2.2 success criterion, and to the EAA obligation it sits under.
  • A prioritised remediation order, by how much exposure each fix closes rather than how hard it is.
  • One 30-minute call to walk through it with whoever has to act on it.

Step 3. Full accessibility audit

A WCAG 2.2 and EAA audit of the whole product, with a prioritised, effort-ranked roadmap your team can act on. A complete EN 301 549 conformance report covers every criterion across the whole product. The Exposure Report fee comes off the audit, with no time limit.

Step 4. Document kits on Gumroad

Word and Excel templates you complete yourself: an EN 301 549 ACR kit, an audit report pack and a bilingual English and Greek accessibility statement kit, or all three in a bundle. Instant download, from €20, with VAT calculated at checkout.

Is it right for you?

For

  • Teams selling a digital product or service to consumers in the EU, with an obligation and no assessment of where they stand.
  • Agencies and product teams asked for evidence of conformance by a client or a procurement process.
  • Organisations that ran an automated scan, got a reassuring score, and suspect it is not the whole picture.

Not for

  • Fixing the issues. The Exposure Report tells you what is wrong and in what order to fix it. Remediation is not part of it.
  • Legal advice. The report scopes your technical exposure. It does not replace a lawyer.
  • A full conformance statement from 10 screens. That is the full audit.

How it works

The Exposure Report, step by step:

  1. Buy. Payment is up front, because the work starts immediately.
  2. Scope. You get a confirmation and a short scoping form the same day.
  3. Agree the screens. We agree the 10 templates or screens with you. The five working days start here, not when the payment clears.
  4. Review. An automated pass, then a manual review of what automation cannot see.
  5. Map and prioritise. Each finding is mapped to WCAG 2.2 and to the EAA obligation, and ordered by the exposure it closes.
  6. Walk through. A 30-minute call with the people who have to act on it.

Questions

What counts as a "screen" or "template"?

One distinct layout. A product listing page is one, however many products run through it. We agree the list before the clock starts.

Can you assess a native mobile app?

Yes. The criteria come from EN 301 549 either way. The testing method differs.

Is this legal advice?

No. The EAA is a directive, and each member state writes it into national law, so scope, enforcement and penalties vary by country. The report scopes your technical exposure.

What if we need more afterwards?

If the report shows you need the full audit, the €1,200 comes off it, with no time limit. A retest after your fixes is a separate, smaller engagement.
