Accessibility statement
We hold this site to the same accessibility standard we ask of our clients.
Our commitment
We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. We design for accessibility from the start and keep improving the site as it changes.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set out how to make web content accessible. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard.
The pages we build ourselves are designed and checked against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The parts that may not conform are third-party content we embed or link to, which we do not control. Each one is listed under Known limitations, with what you can do instead.
Measures we've taken
- Color contrast checked against the WCAG AA thresholds for text and interface elements
- A "Skip to main content" link and consistent, keyboard-operable navigation on every page
- Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element (WCAG 2.4.7 Focus Visible)
- Scroll padding, so the sticky header never hides the element in focus (WCAG 2.4.11 Focus Not Obscured, Minimum, new in WCAG 2.2)
- Semantic HTML landmarks, a single H1 per page, and a logical heading structure
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
- Form fields with associated labels, clear required-field indicators and status messages
- Respect for the "reduced motion" system preference
- Help (Contact) in the same place on every page (WCAG 3.2.6 Consistent Help, Level A, new in WCAG 2.2)
- Touch and pointer targets large enough to use comfortably (WCAG 2.5.8 Target Size, Minimum, Level AA, new in WCAG 2.2)
Known limitations
If you find a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us.
- The email sign-up form on the EAA readiness checklist is inserted by a third-party service, EmailOctopus, and we do not control its code. If you can't use it, email us and we'll send you the same result and fixes.
- Booking a call opens a page on Cal.com, and paying online opens a page on Stripe. We do not control the accessibility of those pages. If either gets in your way, email us to book a time, or ask for an invoice instead.
- The contact form sends your message with JavaScript. With JavaScript turned off, it opens your email application instead, so no message is lost.
- Links to other platforms, such as Medium, LinkedIn, Amazon, ADPList and The Decision Lab, lead to sites whose accessibility we do not control.

Assessment approach
This statement is based on our own evaluation of the website. Automated checks run on every page we change, with axe-core at phone and desktop widths and color-contrast checks, and we have reviewed keyboard operation, screen-reader semantics, structure and content by hand.
